SCTP Mourns Loss of William P. Stonestreet, II
From the Kokomo Perspective – William P. Stonestreet, II, 18, Kokomo, passed away at 1:50 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne. He was born September 8, 1999, in Kokomo, to William P. and Andrea (Gabriel) Stonestreet.
Will was a senior at Northwestern High School and was also enrolled in the Integrated Technology Education Program at Ivy Tech in Advanced Manufacturing. He worked in the pizza room at Martinos Italian Villa. Will was an avid outdoorsman who loved outdoor sports. He always went fishing with his friends every chance he got. He was a member of the Scholastic Clay Target Program and shot trap and skeet since he was eight years old at the Izaak Walton League.
Survivors include his parents, William and Andrea Stonestreet; sister, Ariel (Joshua) Byers; niece, Aisley Ann Byers; nephew, Arlen Daniel Byers; paternal grandparents, Lee and Jan Stonestreet; maternal grandparents, Felix and Anita Gabriel; aunts, Felicia Morris and Marcus Johnson, and Cheryl and Miranda Stonestreet; uncles, Eric and Tonya Gabriel, Brian and Millie Gabriel, and Rob and Mary Ellen Stonestreet; his beloved girlfriend, Lauren Atwell; several cousins, Josh, Cameron, Courtney, Shawn, Matthew, Brittany, Conner, Anna, James and Teresa; his beloved dog, Maggie; and many, many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 15, at Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, 1705 E. Southway Blvd., Kokomo, with Pastor Kurt Gremel officiating. Friends are invited to visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Rd., Kokomo.
